Chocolate Chip Almond Cookies (gluten-free)

Easy, healthy, delicious chocolate chip cookies to satisfy your sweet tooth! Made of only good for you ingredients!
  • 2½ C blanched almond flour
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ C grapeseed oil
  • ½ C honey
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • ⅔ C chocolate chips
  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking soda.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, honey and vanilla.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Spoon 1 tablespoon at a time onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes.
