Hey guys! How’s your weekend going? We had a busy one so far. All woke up early, compliments of the Little Miss. To take advantage of the cooler morning temps, I decided to go for a quick run and managed to be out the door before 8 a.m. Maria accompanied me on the run and as usual cheered on me “Go mom! Go!” from her stroller <3
After a quick snack, it was her turn to exercise so we went to Playformance for their open gym time. It’s a bit of a drive from our house but so worth it! We’ve been to several other children’s gyms around town but this is the only one that offers parkour type training. Maria did the entire obstacle course climbing, jumping and tumbling over the mountains of mats. It was a blast. Last time we went to this gym, she climbed out of her crib. We ended up moving her to a toddler conversion the next day. So I better watch her tonight 🙂
Little Miss is all worn out now. Mission accomplished! While she is taking a nap, I am finishing up this post then heading out to try a Barre3 class at a studio for the first time!! YEEEEK!!! I am so pumped! Wish me luck 🙂 Can’t wait to report back to you on this adventure.
