Today I wanted to share a few time management tips with you. Do you ever feel like there is still so much you want to do in a day – like workout, cook a healthy meal, read a book etc – but there’s just not enough time? Read on!

1. Nothing sabotages your productivity like a bad night of sleep. And the #1 offender is a phone or tablet in bed. Research confirms that short-wavelength blue light these devices will alert your brain to stay awake and will interfere with natural sleep patterns. So not worth it!

2. Hitting the snooze button. Allowing yourself to go back to the dreamland after an alarm goes off will make you more groggy! And that may take several hours to wear off. Do yourself a favor and get out of bed right away. You’ll be surprised! Yes, try it tomorrow!

3. Surfing the Internet. How often do you catching yourself mindlessly browsing through the web? This is the most ineffective way to spend your time. I suggest selecting a few sites you like to read or limiting yourself to a specific time (set an alarm if needed).
