  • 1 cup Gluten-free rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree canned
  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup toppings of choice: chopped walnuts, dried cranberries, raisins


  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl in the evening.

  2. Store in the fridge overnight in a tightly sealed Mason jar or a glass container.

  3. In the morning reheat, and ass more milk if necessary.
